Frank came to one of our Western Power Sports sales meetings as we acquired Scorpion Sports as an exclusive vendor and all I can say is wow! Franks speech was so powerful and hit home so deep me. I still have his stories about his crash with me to this day...if you were not emotional either with his stories, or felt like you could conquer the world after his speech you were not listening!! He’s an amazing speaker and I would recommend him to speak at anything!!!

I have heard Frank speak on 3 occasions and each one them are memorable because my soul has stirred. Seriously. The first time he spoke it was at the Tucker Rocky national sales meeting 30 years ago. As a young guy trying to break into the motorcycle industry, he spoke about integrity and professionalism and it was the first time I ever really “heard” a message that moved me so. It affected me for years to come. Fast forward to 6 years ago and he was the guest speaker at the Scorpion Sports national sales meeting. He did his speech on Championship Mentality and it was incredible as he spoke of a life of facing challenges and overcoming them. I knew so much better what commitment meant when his time was done. The last time I heard Frank share a presentation from a stage was when he was VP of Sales for Scorpion Sports. This time it was different because he had been leading our team for about a year and I thought I knew him. Well, when he was done sharing his life story as a professional racer who came back after life threatening injuries, as the number one salesman who ascended to being president of that major company only to encounter unforeseen challenges, then sharing what it was like leader our team - I cried. Hard. Only in church have I ever been so moved. So obviously I am fan of Frank’s. That is because his presentations are powerful -the man has done some incredible things in his life. And now that he is focusing on speaking from stages I have no doubt that he will bring forth more incredible - just this time to your event.

Frank taught me the difference between a manager and a leader. I learned more from Frank in the few years working for him, than my whole professional career. He was the first person to get me to pick up a book and enjoy it. Now I read business and leadership books regularly and have managed to make a difference in others lives because of it. Working for Frank, I got the chance to hear his Key Note speech, several times on “Life and Death Retail”. His personal story and the story of Bill Porter coming together, is nothing short of a miracle. If you are a retailer or professional who deals with people and are serious about your business, you must hear his speech. You will not look at your customers the same way. When he says Life and Death, he means it, Retail is Life and Death. I would not be in the position I am today if it weren’t for Frank. Personally, and Professionally. Thank You Frank!

I hired Frank as the Keynote Speaker for our annual national training seminar, and I could not have been more pleased with the results. Frank's lecture "Are You Proud to be a Salesman?" is unique in that it is not simply about sales skills and techniques; rather, it is about profession. It's about what it means to be a professional. It's about commitment. It's about decisions, and it's one heck of a fascinating story about the journey of life. It is Frank's perspective that most sales people have it completely wrong in the roll that they play and almost everyone misses the true reason salesmanship exists. From his personal experience as one of his industry's best salesman, to National Sales Trainer, to commanding two of the industry's largest companies, Frank has lived through the triumph and tragedy of the sales profession. Frank's uninhibited style turns the lecture into a heartfelt personal journey about his own epiphanies on life, business, and sales. Anyone attending will be asked to take a deep dive into the essence of the profession of selling...and challenged to identify their own purpose within business by looking into the mirror and making decisions and commitments. Frank delivers a convincing and entertaining message that Sales is one of the most important and valuable professions in our society today. My team took Frank's "Blood Oath of Selling" and the results have been exceptional. The salesmen in attendance left with a greater sense of pride and excitement about their key role in (what Frank calls) one of the greatest professions on earth. Frank's lecture challenged my team to accept a new and higher commitment to the profession of salesmanship and inspired each member to create a road-map of preparation. Every salesman, regardless of experience, would benefit from Frank's lecture and learn from his experiences.

I worked with Frank during his years at Tucker Rocky. Frank is a charismatic leader with exceptional sales, and leadership skills. His personality and ability to interact on a personal level with everyone he meets is one of his special traits. Revered by many in the power-sports industry he is a wonderful person to work with. I especially remember his ability to remember everyones name and interact with people at every level of the organization. He makes employees feel welcome and important in their roles.

Industries have many managers, too many personalities, but only a few true leaders. Frank Esposito is a leader, in the best sense of the word. Anyone who has attended one of Frank’s business leadership presentations, or even sat and talked with him for a half-hour in his office, comes away with a slightly different perspective (along with a number of action items). He can counsel the largest industry organization to the smallest retail operation, helping them clear the path to personal and professional excellence. I’ve had the opportunity to work with Frank on a leading-edge seminar for retailers in which higher-end thought processes were distilled into simpler steps that any overworked and otherwise-stressed entrepreneur could enact. I’ve had the fortune of being able to seek Frank’s counsel on a number of editorial projects. And I’ve had the pleasure of interviewing Frank for a variety of business articles and roundtable debates. In every case, The Maestro delivers.

I had the experience of working w/ Frank as his Executive Assistant for eight years and, during that time, Frank taught me so many things I've since utilized in my professional life. Attention to detail was one that comes to mind right off! Frank has a knack for sales and working with people and is one of the best motivators I've ever known. Working under other managers has often made me wish I was back with Frank :)

Frank was the calm in the storm at GMG during my time there. Being involved in the Powersports industry in various capacities over the years, Frank is an encyclopedia of ideas, strategies and solutions. His insight and integrity stem from his participation in the Powersports Industry as a racer, sales rep, Sales Manager, and President of leading companies. When working on a project or faced with a product related question, I’d seek Frank’s advice and always came away with and idea or other view I had not considered. What I enjoyed most when talking with Frank, is that he is a regular guy who has an in-depth understanding of the way things work and tells it like he sees it…no reading between the lines or sugar coating from Frank. It has been my pleasure to know him and work with him.
- Lee Block, President at Racer Gloves USA

I have had the distinct pleasure to work directly for Frank in years past. Frank is a leader of leaders and a mentor to me and many others. He is a leader that brings teams together and lifts them to a whole new level. Wholesale distribution is a tricky game and nobody knows better how to manage a distribution company better than Frank. I feel I am a smarter and more soulful person for not only working for but knowing Frank. Frank has an unbelievable work ethic that spreads to his subordinates. I have often wondered when the man sleeps. If you were to learn Franks history you would know how truly inspiring he is. He is a man of many talents and unwavering commitment to win. Frank has taught me that winning is about believing in yourself first for that I am eternally grateful to him.
